It isn&#8217;t really a robot, it is actually one of the characters from the manga dressed up as a robot made from carboard boxes.  The main character, Yotsuba, thinks it is a real robot and hilarity ensues.  <\/p>\n<p><P\/> <\/p>\n<p>Thanks to Matt, the previous occupant of my desk, I&#8217;ve got a huge Danboard robot peeking out over the cube wall.  I really like it.  I also bought the normal sized version, and then the mini version when it came out in December of 2008.  I was really surprised; those guys were the top sellers for weeks at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.co.jp\/%E3%83%9B%E3%83%93%E3%83%BC-%E3%81%8A%E3%82%82%E3%81%A1%E3%82%83%EF%BC%86%E3%83%9B%E3%83%93%E3%83%BC\/b\/ref=sa_menu_hobby4?ie=UTF8&#038;node=13321861&#038;pf_rd_p=100693006&#038;pf_rd_s=left-nav-1&#038;pf_rd_t=101&#038;pf_rd_i=489986&#038;pf_rd_m=AN1VRQENFRJN5&#038;pf_rd_r=1RYD1WF211F0MJ0TF3P7\">Amazon.co.jp&#8217;s hobby store<\/a>, and now they aren&#8217;t available new any more.
